Opening up a commercial division, she recently sold 27 East 61st at a record breaking $19,200,000 which set a new high for a 15’ building. She has been the director of sales/marketing arm for 23 buildings converted condominium cooperative buildings such as 26 East 63rd, 40 East 62nd, 44 East 67th and 21 East 66th and has sold and or represented the Sponsor in other top residential condominium buildings including Morgan Court, Olympic Tower, Trump Tower, The Chatham, The Empire, 502 Park Avenue, The Carlton, The Essex House to name a few and The Europa 22 West 66th, a building that in 1995 Reba repositioned with the Owner and sold out after it failed as a condominium in the late 1980’s. Reba’s vast experience in new development and re-development includes 985 Park Avenue where, in partnership with Barbara Fox, 9 units sold at an average price of $6 million ($2,700/foot) in 2005. She successfully repositioning and rebranding 333 West 14th the Prime Condominium to an almost full sell out in 2009 when the market was most challenging. Reba is very involved in the real estate community and is a past Co-Chairman of The Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New York, has been re-elected to serve on the 2014-2016 Ethics Committee and was elected as Co-Chair of the Interim Forum. She also sits on the New Development Committee. During her tenure, Reba helped create a task force that implemented important changes to industry guidelines, specifically outlining new rules for co-exclusive agency agreements. Today, she continues to provide advice to her broker peers and volunteers her time teaching and participating in industry seminars, and has instructed a NYRS for REBNY segment for two semesters. In addition to her dedication to REBNY, Reba has worked on the Technology Committee for ResidentialNYC.com. Reba was awarded in October 2014 the prestigious Henry Forster Award given by REBNY, Manhattan’s Real Estate Board of New York. She also won the rental deal of the year as co-broker in 2016 from the REBNY organization.
Reba is an accomplished tennis player who won two bronze medals in the Pan American Maccabiah Games in Mexico City. She currently resides on the East Side of Manhattan and maintains a residence in East Hampton.
